As a Project Management team we manage complete projects from start to finish ensuring a smooth, efficient process. We will manage the various trades required for the job, organize schedules, ensuring the workforce is punctual and committed. We ensure time limits are met and sub-trades are booked.
Thorough research is carried out ensuring that appropriate materials are ordered in sufficient time and we take a lead role in on-site safety. We will be your main point of contact throughout this process and we have advisory experts on hand for your purposes.
PLANNING
During initial engagement our team focuses on clearly understanding project requirements, scope and objectives. Our experience with commercial and residential projects allows us to understand specific trade needs and scopes to better plan for a successful project. We also develop the necessary relationships with the resources being leveraged to effectively implement and manage.
IMPLEMENTATION
Our focus during implementation is centered on the project schedule. We hold all resources accountable to the timelines set at the initiation of a project. We encourage all resources to openly communicate with our team to ensure timely updates on materials, labor and/or events which may impact the overall schedule.
MANAGEMENT
The management approach at BAMCIS is centered around obtaining the most factual information at the earliest moment. This allows our team to make the optimal decision based on the latest information in an attempt to eliminate schedule impacts. As with any business, our relationship-focused approach to resources ensures we always maintain the utmost professionalism when engaging or addressing trades and/or contractors.
EVALUATION
